So, when I first started this blog, I had all these ideas for posts – and I wrote and wrote and wrote in the first few weeks. I had about 200 drafts, and in all that free time I had, I scheduled posts a year in advance.
I’ve been going over those old posts. I’ve found typos, but I’ve also found something else – my ideas have changed. My sense of wording had changed – I’ll see how I worded this or that, cringe, and redo it.
I’ve grown as a writer just by having this blog. Go figure. The added reading I’ve been doing has done wonders, also.
Even just the 500 words a week on here, I’m growing. How cool is that?
Go forth, writer, and write!
I know what you mean! I only started blogging 6 months ago and already how I write, especially for the blog, is totally different! It’s amazing how much having to write often for the internet and getting practical experience changes and improves your game!
